A D Bannister Roofing & Building Ltd was founded 35 years ago when owner Alan wanted to create a reliable service for the people around Tunbridge Wells, primarily for roofing services.  Back then, the weather wasn’t quite as strange as it can be now but there were still plenty of times when people needed roof repairs or installation of new roofing materials.  And quickly the business grew with repeat customers who came to us every time they needed work done.

Comprehensive building services

Today, the company offers a comprehensive range of building services for homeowners and even occasionally for local schools and the council-owned buildings.  We work on all areas of the roof including fixing broken roof tiles, renewing leadwork around chimneys and refreshing the elements of the roofline such as soffits and fascia boards.

We can also replace the entire roof if the time comes that this is the best course of action.  This also applies if there has been extreme weather causing large-scale damage.  We can also work on flat roofs and with almost all of the main roofing types including steel, slate and traditional roof tiles.

Help with renovation projects

Renovation projects large or small can also be undertaken.  This might mean treating the roof timbers when there has been a roof leak.  Alternatively, it might mean painting the exterior of the house to make it look smart.  We take on jobs of all sizes and all of the quotes we offer are free so there’s no reason not to have a chat about what you have in mind.  We are the local company you can trust, and we love to help you get your home just as you want it.
